Refund and returns policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of an unopened calendar. Email help@craftivo.shop with your order number and we'll send instructions. Once we receive it, we refund your original payment within 5 business days.

If your calendar arrives damaged, a figure is missing, or it arrives after a delivery date we promised, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You won't need to send it back.
